Rockbridge Elementary School Reviews

As a parent, I am very please with the work the Principal and Vice Principal have done. My children have been at Rockbridge since they were in Pre- K and with the new addition of Ms. Scott and Ms. Jenkins I have seen great changes in the school. My kids are now in the 2nd and 4th grade and I can say, from my experience working with the two, they are very concerned with not only the test scores but the well being of the children. They are also very committed and dedicated to the school.

My daughter was in the first grade at Rockbridge last year and I was really pleased. I was alittle uneasy about her going to school in Dekalb county, but Rockbridge really exceeded my expectations. Mrs. Green really helped my daughter and I was amazed at the level of attention and assistance that my daughter received at a public school.

My child is a third grader at Rockbridge Elementary. She has had a problem with a bully at her school. I have been working Ms. Scott, the Asst. Principal to resolve this problem and she has been most helpful and concern. She has assured me that this problem will be rectified. I do appreciate her and commend her on a job well done and being concerned about my child, because not everyone is. Ms. Cooper, Stone Mountain, Ga.

This principal cares little to nothing about the children. She only cares about her test scores. The fouth grade program disciplines the children more than teach them. The class rooms are over crowded, thirty students to each teacher is entirly too much.
