Bryant Elementary School Reviews

I love Bryant Elemetary along with the teachers. This is a very good and strick school for my child. I love what they do with the kids.

Leadership at this school is lacking. Change is needed

i am a proud parent of a child that love to go to school at bryant the teachers are wonderful

As a parent of a Bryant Elementary School student I would have to say I disagree with the 3 out of 5 rating, in my book Bryant deserves at least a 5. The teachers are great!

We have been at Bryant for 2 years now( K, 1st). We feel that our child has been overlooked at this school by her teacher this year, and by the school in general. When requesting items to help our child at home, we are either ignored or told they will be sent at a later date, with them never arriving. The teacher was gone a lot of the time this year. They are inconsistent with the feed back request. The communication is lacking from the teacher to the parent. We are very unhappy here and will be seeking another school, in which our child can thrive.

Parent involvement is no easy task but we are working on it. The community is up and comming showing possiblities of new schools being built in the area. The teachers are well experienced and the new teachers are very enthiusiastic, but a great blend of the old and new fashions of teaching are what needed to improve this school.

i was a student at bryant from 2nd grade to 5th grade and my brother went from kindergarten to 3rd and the teachers were great and so were the kids and everyone else. it was a great school.

I think Bryant is a great school and has made impressive strides over the past 2-3 years, in academics, social behavior, programs, safety & discipline, especially considering its large population. It is a model '2-n-1 school for Cobb', under the leadership of both the primary (k-2) principal & intermediate (3-5) principal. However, the potential and greatness of this school is yet to be seen - I believe due in part to the changes issued by the county board. It seems the good principals are all too frequently reassigned, just when critical and long-lasting change is on the horizon. More community and parental involvement might help address this issue. I often wonder if this happens as often in less culturally diverse counties.(?)...& if not, how and why is it prevented? Case in point, we just said goodbye to our intermediate principal reassigned mid-yr. just this past Dec., much to parents' dismay.
