Senior Academy at Carver Reviews

Hello I am a student at The New Schools of Carver (early college) and this is the best high school in Atlanta. There are so many oppertunities at Carver that you cant say that there is nothing for you to do.

This school has really turned around in recent years. I remember Carver High School as a school where students were not at all motivated to learn or go to college. The new Carver is a school of new students who are motivated to learn.

its called the new schools at carver now and i think that since they have added additional academic programs for the students, the students will accomplish more. the student count was low because of renovations, but the new schools at carver is now in place, with great academic and extracurricular programs that will help our students during highschool, in college and beyond college. every school has its faults, but it is up to the student with help from their parents to make sure the student gets what they deserve to get in any academic institution. so give the new schools at carver a chance.

I just moved down here from Manhattan, NY and I think that Carver is a great school. I hear all the silly rumors but my son and daughter both are on the HONOR ROLL and I am so proud of their extracurricular programs also! Way to go CARVER! you are definitely coming up.

This is a terrible school. Need an AK-47 to survive. The windows have grates over them to keep out the criminals nearby. Worst SAT scores around, and old building.

The school is great it is just up to the students to concentrate and That is the way every school is. I have three children. Two of my daughters who have graduated from Carver, one of them attends Harvard, and the other attends Georgia Institute of Technology, so as long as your child concentrates they will be successful.

I don't think the teachers or the principal care very much about the students in this school. This is the second child I have had there and nothing except the principal and a very few teachers has changed. This principal is not new he use to be the football coach in the early 90's. It's as if kids there is just not worth there time.
