The principal is one of the best seen. My son is happy for the first time. They have clubs, band strings, piano lab and a rock wall. The building is beautiful and full of plants. Mr. Kitchen always states that the doors are always open for visits. I'm a parent of two a pre-k and second grader. I am always up in the school to see what is going on with my two, and anything else. Let me say, this about the teachers that I have came cross, they're great leaders. This is an America's Choice school. They are turning this school around. The class sizes are small ( 14 to 18) the teachers are good. First thru fourth grades have some very good teachers. Reading is push here and they do have reading incentives. The school offer Panther Paws. This is like money,if the kids comes to school on time, they get 10 paws, passing in homework on time 10 paws and so on. On friday the kids get to go to the school store and buy thing using their Panther Paws as money .This is the second year the principal has been at this school and I can see improvement. The PTA is in great need here. They are in need of more parents to help out in the school.”
