dump

The place is a dump, not to mention un-safe. I believe they have a few lawsuits already. Management is very rude, and the place is way overpriced. The manager called my mother after 10PM to fuss her out about a refund that was requested only moments after the credit card was charged. Due to the fact that although the pavilion was rented for a birthday party and all tickets purchased for the children, but the parents (swimming or not) had to pay $18 just to go to the party. They offer no refunds, and stole over $100 of our money. I would suggest the county pool's at only a few dollars a head.

Home to the largest pool in the Southeast, Sun Valley Beach is gallons of fun! Not just a pool, there are 11 waterslides, a showering umbrella, dolphin fountain, lumber jack log roll, diving platforms and tarzan swinging ropes. In addition to the water areas, there are a playground area, rental pavilions, picnic areas, grills and a concession stand. They do have beach chairs but they are on a first come-first served basis so you may want to bring your own.

Sun Valley Beach is a fun place to take the kids on a hot summer day. The little ones can play and you don't have to worry about too much craziness that happens at White Water. We picnic and just relax . I do think it is a bit expensive and we do it only as a special treat.
