Girls really do “just want to have fun,” which is why American Girl Boutique and Bistro takes feminine entertainment to a whole new level of excitement.

As girls we spent hours brushing our dolls hair, picking out her clothes, finding just the right accessories, pushing her up and down the driveway in a miniature stroller – and that was all before the American Girl craze. Seven American Girl Boutique and Bistro’s around the country, including Atlanta, open us up to a magical world full of all the things that make a little girl’s imagination run wild.

But if you think the choosing of an American Girl doll is simple, think again; there are a plethora of loveable characters and nearly limitless feature options for you to design-your-own doll. Picking out your perfect doll requires a lot of thought and decision. Do you want a character doll that has its own story found in American Girl doll books and movies? Or do you want a doll without a background that can be designed to look just like the little girl in your life?

Whatever you decide there are plenty of personalized accessories (sold separately) to adorn not just your American Girl dolls, but also the doll’s owner. Matching outfits and other frills come in doll and little girl sizes.

But the fun is just beginning once you pick out your doll.

A hair salon only open to dolls is located inside the boutique. Stylists create new hairdos (at additional cost) for dolls from a list of options. Go crimped or get a super chic chignon!

And after all of the pampering, don’t forget to stop by the bistro for a bite. A full menu offers patrons enticing selections for brunch, lunch and dinner. Don’t worry, dolls aren’t left out, they sit at the table in special high chairs.
