Artist BIO
LANCE M. CARLSON, AIA
A commercial Architect by profession and training, Lance Carlson has been studying painting and other artistic expressions with Chery Baird, a prominent Atlanta artist and teacher, for the past 9 years. Lance Carlson is a principal in his own firm, Carlson & Mosley Architects in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a natural progression for Lance to pursue artistic interests in his adult life. The freedom and control that avails itself in art, can be elusive in architecture.
As he continues to develop skills in 2-dimensional works, he expects to transfer some of the same ideals to works of architecture.
His current choice of medium is acrylic and collage on canvas.
